Meta-Health has designed a specialized healthcare service catering to communities located in remote areas, where access to medical facilities is limited. To address these challenges, Meta-Health has introduced the community clinic model. This involves setting up a prefab-type clinic staffed by a registered nurse equipped with medical devices to measure vital parameters of patients. These parameters include blood pressure, weight, height, temperature, and oxygen saturation. The clinic is well equipped with standard medical equipment found in primary healthcare facilities, enabling a thorough evaluation of patients’ overall health and wellness. Moreover, advanced clinics are supplied with additional rapid tests for conditions such as HIV, diabetes (HbA1C), heart attacks (TropI), inflammation/infection (CRP), and pregnancy (BHCG) among others, to enhance the clinic’s utility.
What sets Meta-Health apart is the availability of a doctor’s oversight through our proprietary software. The nurse sends all collected data in real-time to a vetted Meta-Health doctor for analysis and diagnosis. The doctor can then prescribe medication, issue sick notes or even refer to a specialist if needed. Virtual consultations are also available for patients who require face-to-face interaction with the doctor. The software provides an anonymous analytics dashboard showcasing the overall health and wellness of patients visiting the clinic. This allows us to introduce interventions and
control prevalent health issues within specific communities.
All medical parameters and conditions are recorded and collated into easy to read analytics. This data can be used by the relevant healthcare institutions for the introduction of interventions as well as to control prevalent health issues within specific communities.
